We want you to love your purchase. Kindly read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Policy
Please Picks does not accept returns or issue refunds, except under the conditions stated below.
2. Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for the following reasons:
- Size exchange is allowed only if the requested size is available in stock.
- Manufacturing defects. Items with verified manufacturing defects may be exchanged or returned upon inspection and approval by Please Picks.
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, colour preference, or fit expectations.
3. Exchange Request Window
All exchange or return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
4. Item Conditions
To be eligible for exchange or return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, odour, or damage caused by the customer will be rejected.
5. How to Request an Exchange / Return
Please email us at hello.pleasepicks@gmail.com with the following details:
Email Subject:
Return / Exchange Request – [Order Number start with # ]
Include:
- Full name & contact number
- Item(s) concerned
- Reason for request
- Clear photos of the item
- Unboxing video (mandatory for defect claims)
All requests are subject to verification and approval by Please Picks.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval may be refused.
6. Verification, Exchange & Store Credit
All requests are subject to inspection and verification by Please Picks.
- If a replacement size or item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead
- Store credit will be sent to your registered email address
- Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used in a single transaction unless stated otherwise
Please Picks reserves the right to offer store credit in place of a refund.
7. Shipping Cost
- Shipping costs for approved exchanges are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise
- All shipping fees are non-refundable
8. Important Notice
Please Picks reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions stated above.
